Spread over an area of 283 acres of land, the Ramakrishna Mission TB Sanatorium is situated rurally in the Ranchi district of Jharkhand. This centre has been catering to the medical needs of poor patients suffering from TB for more than 60 years. The sanatorium has acted as the only asylum for the TB patients over the last six decades. Recently, the Mission has opened its doors to patients suffering from other diseases too. Keeping in mind the population explosion and the need of the people, the Ramakrishna Mission has resolved to convert this Sanatorium into a full-fledged hospital with all wings to give relief to patients suffering from all ailments.
