Welcome to Ramakrishna Mission TB Sanatorium

The Sanatorium is situated on a picturesque plot of land to the East of Ranchi - Chaibasa Road at an altitude of 2,100 ft and is only 7 kilometres away from the Hatia Railway Station and 16 kilometres from the Ranchi Railway Station. The area is dry and dust-free and is covered with Sal trees and surrounded by small hills. Kolkata is only nearly 350 kilometres and Patna 416 kilometres from the site. It is also easily accessible to Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Throughout the year, the place enjoys a bracing climate free of moisture. The hottest summer noons’ are followed by nights which are delightfully cool.
